Unlike many sourcing companies we do not hide our charges in the unit price. Each order is priced with complete transparency. The price we negotiate with the suppliers (factories, QC Inspections and shipping) is the price you pay! We then calculate factory prices, QC Inspections, shipping, and delivery plus sourcing charges to give you a clear landed price at your door.
If moulds, tooling or printing plates are required as part of the set up process, these are charged by the factories at cost. (Average tooling costs are much lower in the Far East than in Europe). If any other significant set up work is required e.g. design work or prototypes etc. this will again be charged at cost from the factories or if we carry out this work, we will charge a fee to cover this work.
All charges will be clearly visible and agreed with you before any work commences so there will be no unexpected costs.
